Katz: If Iran attacks, Israel will be 'free from all constraints' and strike energy infrastructure. Death toll rises to 12 after passenger ship sinks off Northern Cyprus. International News Desk  According to Global Times News Agency Europe,The death toll from a passenger ship that sank off the coast of Girne in Northern Cyprus has risen to 12, The global times Europe media.The bodies of two more people were recovered from the water during ongoing search operations.The vessel sank off the coast of Girne on August 30. The ship was reportedly carrying 260 passengers at the time of the accident.Search and rescue operations are continuing.
