Serbia:(International News Desk)According to Global times News Agancy Europe,Ambassador Faraz Zaidi paid a courtesy call today on Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, Ervin Ibrahimoviฤ‡.Ambassador Zaidi thanked Deputy Prime Minister Ibrahimoviฤ‡ for the warm reception and conveyed the desire of the Government of Pakistan to further deepen the longstanding friendly relations between the two countries.The two sides held a substantive exchange on avenues for expanding bilateral cooperation, identifying culture, trade, the textile industry and tourism as areas offering particular potential. Ambassador Zaidi noted that Pakistan's textile sector could offer meaningful opportunities for trade collaboration with Montenegro.Ambassador Zaidi also appreciated the cooperation extended by Montenegro to Pakistan in multilateral forums, including mutual support on candidatures in international organizations, and reaffirmed Pakistan's commitment to continued coordination at the multilateral level.Deputy Prime Minister Ibrahimoviฤ‡ appreciated Pakistan's constructive and stabilizing role in the region and on the international stage, particularly its contribution to dialogue and stability amid the current geopolitical environment.Ambassador Zaidi conveyed his commitment, during his tenure, to work towards strengthening ties between Pakistan and Montenegro and to encourage greater contact between the two countries in areas of shared interest.
