Ed Miliband: 'Falkland Islands are British and will remain so'

According to Global Times News Agency Europe,London's position on the Falkland Islands remains unchanged – the islands are British and will remain so, UK Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband wrote on X, The global times Europe media.The UK's position on the Falkland Islands is unwavering. The Islands are British and will remain so because that is the overwhelming position of the Islanders. Their right of self-determination is paramount, grounded in international law and we will resolutely uphold it," reads the post.Earlier, Argentina's President Javier Milei had declared that the Falklands belong to Argentina by history and law, accusing Britain of occupation and establishing a colonial regime after expelling Argentine authorities.
