When young Pakistanis gain English skills and learn about American values, we create lasting ties that benefit both our countries for years to come.Dr. Bradley Horn, Director of the Regional English Language Office, and Stephanie Arzate, Public Diplomacy Officer, celebrated with 425 Access graduates in Hyderabad. Students from Tando Allahyar, Rashidabad, Bhit Shah, and Umerkot completed two years of English language training—strengthening citizen diplomacy that makes our partnership work.
