Peshawar l:(Special Correspondent)According to Global Times Media Europe, Maria Shaheen, Chief Executive of Emaan Welfare Society, said that welfare work (service to the people) is the best deed in Islam after worship, the aim of which is to help suffering humanity and reform society. These works are not only a means of success in this world and the hereafter, but also lead to salvation from hell, the pleasure of Allah, and high ranks. She said that helping widows, the poor and the distressed is the Sunnah of the Prophet ๏ทบ. Maria Shaheen, Chief Executive of Emaan Welfare Society, said in an interview with the international Global Times Media Europe that serving God’s creation is both a need of the hour and a great act of worship. Sharing the pain and suffering of a person is a means of attaining Paradise.He said that applying the balm of love and compassion to a wounded heart is a source of Allah's blessing. He added that serving humanity is a duty and an important responsibility of every human being.
