Women University Swabi Holds Training Session on Undergraduate Rules and Examination Matters

According to Global times News Agancy Europe,Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ghazala Yasmeen, a one-day training session was organized by the Academic Section of Women University Swabi for faculty members and representatives of affiliated colleges.
The session was jointly supervised by Dr. Rehana, Deputy Director Academics, and Mr. Bakht Rahman, Additional Controller of Examinations. The primary objective of the training was to strengthen coordination between the University and its affiliated colleges and to enhance understanding of undergraduate rules and regulations in accordance with the policies of the Higher Education Commission.Participants were briefed on academic procedures, course registration, attendance requirements, grading policies, and the effective implementation of the semester system. During the session on examination matters Bakht Rahman highlighted key issues including examination scheduling, paper setting, result preparation, and discrepancies in award lists.On the occasion, Dr. Rehana reaffirmed the University’s commitment to supporting its affiliated colleges. The training concluded with remarks by Tayyeb-ur Rahman, Additional Registrar, who emphasized the importance of strengthening academic standards, transparency, and institutional collaboration.
