APMEPA honors Dr. Maqbool Ahmed for his outstanding services.

The participants of the event paid tribute to Dr. Maqbool Ahmed, appreciating his professional services and key role in the development of the industry.

Lahore:(Reporter Nadia Tabasum) According to Global Times Media Europe, the All Pakistan Meat Exporters and Processors Association (APMEPA) presented a prestigious award to Dr. Maqbool Ahmed, former Director Animal Quarantine Department, in recognition of his 33 years of outstanding and dedicated services. The prestigious event was held on April 9, 2026 at APMEPA Head Office, 177-B, Johar Town, Lahore, where Dr. Maqbool Ahmed was felicitated for his outstanding services in the promotion of Pakistan’s livestock and meat industry. The event was attended by Chairman Mian Abdul Hanan and Senior Vice Chairman Syed Hassan Raza, along with important figures associated with the meat sector. Prominent exporters to the Gulf Countries (GCC) were also present on the occasion. The participants of the ceremony paid rich tribute to Dr. Maqbool Ahmed, appreciating his professional services, experience, and key role in the development of the industry.
