H.E. Mr. Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Russian Federation, delivered a lecture today to the students of the Moscow Polytechnic University.

According to Global times News Agancy Europe,The lecture focused on the bilateral relations between Pakistan and Russia and rapidly evolving developments in the Middle East, with a specific emphasis on Pakistan’s strategic role in facilitating diplomatic mediation between the United States and Iran. Ambassador Tirmizi highlighted Pakistan’s long-standing commitment to regional stability and its role as a broker of peaceful dialogue.The presentation was followed by an interactive Q&A session, during which the Ambassador provided detailed insights into geopolitical issues and Pakistan’s foreign policy.Ambassador also met with the Vice Rector for International Cooperation, Ms. Yulia Davydova to discuss prospects for bilateral cooperation, specifically focusing on strategies to increase the enrollment of Pakistani students at the university. Both sides expressed a strong commitment to fostering academic collaboration and creating new opportunities for student and faculty exchange.
