The OIC Participates in the Inauguration Ceremony of H.E. the President of the Republic of Djibouti

According to Global times News Agancy Europe,The General Secretariat of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) participated today, 9 May 2026, in Djibouti, in the inauguration ceremony of H.E. Ismail Omar Guelleh, President of Djibouti, who was sworn in for a new presidential term after winning the presidential elections held on 10 April 2026.The OIC Secretary-General was represented on this important occasion by Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs Yousef bin Mohammed Al-Dubaie, who conveyed the greetings of the OIC Secretary-General to H.E. President Ismail Omar Guelleh, wishing him success in his lofty duties and the people of Djibouti further prosperity, development, and stability.
