Prof. Dr. Abid Farid Assumes Charge as Vice Chancellor (Acting) of the University of Haripur

Haripur:(Special Representative)According to Global times News Agancy Europe,Prof. Dr. Abid Farid formally assumed charge as the Vice Chancellor (Acting) of the University of Haripur during a ceremony held in connection with the farewell of Prof. Dr. Shafiq Ur Rehman, the outgoing Vice Chancellor.A distinguished academic, researcher, and experienced administrator, Prof. Dr. Abid Farid has been closely associated with the University of Haripur since its early years and has played a significant role in its academic and institutional development.Prof. Dr. Abid Farid previously served as Acting Vice Chancellor from July 11, 2017, to March 24, 2019, during which he provided effective leadership and contributed significantly to the University's progress and institutional growth.Prior to assuming charge as Vice Chancellor (Acting), Prof. Dr. Abid Farid was serving simultaneously as Pro-Vice Chancellor and Dean, Faculty of Physical and Applied Sciences.
