Swabi:(Special Representative)According to Global times News Agancy Europe,Quality Assurance Department GKMC/BKMC-MTI Swabi successfully organized the workshop "Driving Excellence Through KPIs: Designing, Measuring, and Improving Healthcare Performance" on 11 June 2026, bringing together healthcare leaders, administrators, quality professionals, and managers from across the healthcare sector.The workshop was honoured by the active participation of Prof. Dr. Shams-Ur-Rehman, Dean/CEO MTI Swabi, Dr. Khalid Masud, Hospital Director, Prof. Dr. Seema Gul, Medical Director, and Mr. Mehran Khan, Nursing Director, along with Heads of Departments, managers, and faculty members. Representatives from various MTIs, including KPHCC and other healthcare institutions, also participated actively, enriching the discussions through the sharing of experiences and best practices.The session was facilitated by Dr. Komal Fizza, Director Clinical Governance & Quality, Novacare Hospital, who delivered an insightful and interactive workshop on the design, measurement, monitoring, and effective use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive organizational performance and healthcare quality.Participants engaged in meaningful discussions on data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, accountability, quality improvement, and the practical application of KPIs in healthcare settings. The workshop provided valuable guidance on aligning departmental objectives with institutional goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.During the workshop, the leadership of MTI Swabi reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening quality systems, enhancing organizational performance, and promoting evidence-based management practices across all healthcare facilities under its umbrella.The event concluded with a renewed commitment from participants to implement effective KPI frameworks within their respective organizations to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and institutional excellence.
