Additional Assistant Commissioner Nida Shams attended the inauguration ceremony of Rokhan Saba Welfare Trust, female Drug Rehabilitation Center. 

This center has been established by women for the rehabilitation and treatment of women affected by drug addiction.

CHARSADDA:(Special Representative) According to Global times News Agency Europe,In compliance with the directions of the Deputy Commissioner Charsadda,AAC-1 formally inaugurated the facility. The initiative aims to provide a safe environment for treatment, counseling, and rehabilitation of female drug affectees ( from age 11 to 25 specially) . The event was attended by officials, health professionals, and members of civil society, who appreciated the establishment of this welfare facility.
